Processing Time
Here at King Bo Candles, we use Domestic Shipping. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS or UPS, with estimated delivery times of 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Local Delivery or Pickup

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays and Issues
King Bo Candles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable events. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. For further assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
